Overview

I am a drill designer and winter guard adjudicator based in Québec, Canada, with more than 35 years of experience in the marching arts. My career began as a performer at age nine, and I aged out as a member of the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps in 1988. That experience as a performer has shaped my approach to design ever since.

I am a collaborative designer by nature. I find the creative exchanges that occur with directors, choreographers, composers, arrangers, and musicians to be one of the most rewarding parts of the work, and I bring that collaborative spirit to every program I serve.

My design work spans marching bands and drum corps across Canada and the United States, with clients performing at the local, state, and national levels in UIL, USBands, and Bands of America. I have served as drill designer for Dripping Springs High School in Texas since 2012 and have been an active winter guard adjudicator since 2001. My drum corps design credits include Dimension Drum and Bugle Corps, a DCI Division 2 finalist, and Les Étoiles, a DCI Division 1 semifinalist.
