Overview
I am a composer and arranger working with marching bands and concert ensembles at all skill levels, with a background as a former high school band director. My music is performed regularly across the country, including premiere performances at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention and the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic.
I currently serve as brass composer and arranger for the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps. My arranging work has contributed to multiple BOA Regional, Super Regional, and Grand National finalist appearances, and multiple Texas UIL State Championships across Classes 3A, 4A, and 5A.
In 2025, I was recognized as a National Finalist for the American Prize in Composition for Luminosities and Prophetic Dances. I am a published composer with RWS Music Company, and my works have earned multiple WBIC Top 100 selections and JWPepper Editors' Choice Awards.
As a clinician, I have presented for Drum Corps International, the Music Educators National Conference, the Texas Bandmasters Association, the Texas Music Educators Association, and Music for All. I regularly consult with music programs nationwide.
